毎年恒例 社内BBQ研修実施/Traning program on BBQ, took place.
毎年恒例の社内BBQ研修が開催されました。このイベントは「研修」という位置づけで、社員間のコミュニケーションの活性化とそれによるチームワーク及び協力体制・マインドの構築を主な目的として、企画、予算策定、運営、予実管理まで一連の作業を社員主導で行うものです。日々の業務の中で求められる部門と個人の連携を築けたのか？楽しみを通じて信頼関係が築き強いチームになれることをゴールとした研修でした。そして心と腹は満たされたのかな！？
Yearly internal BBQ as “Training program” was taken place. This event is regarded as “Training program”, which goal is set to build up better communication skills between members. This goal leads towards inspiration and cooperative actions with its mind set, hence all of the process such as planning, budgeting, operation and summary are to be accomplished by the nominated staff members. Wondering if all of the members could build up better relationship within them? Strengthened trust to form up one team through out joyful? Finally hope everyone were fulled up not only at their stomachs but also their minds??
